Everything went smooth with Ethan and John. We came from out of town to buy a specific vehicle. Ethan had it at the showroom ready to test drive. The whole process went great and we were out of there with the pickup just how we wanted it. Can't recommend Morrie's enough for a stress free vehicle purchase.

Buying a new truck is never something I used to look forward to. After stopping into Morrie’s that feeling went away. Mandie is super helpful. She listened to what I wanted and never pressured me into something else that was on the lot just to make a sale. All of their staff is great too. You get a welcome in and how’s your day going feeling. Not what can I sell you that’s on our lot only. You will see us again soon for my wife’s new SUV since she’s jealous of my new truck.

Colton was great, very knowledgeable, and not too pushy. It was our first time trying to get a car loan under our business, and not only did he find all the answers we needed, the financial manager found us a loan while we were there. All in all an excellent experience.

My service was quick and I had a very friendly advisor (Adam) was outstanding. He kept me informed throughout and even printed up a rebate that I wasn’t aware of. Excellent experience!

Everything went pretty good until checkout. I thought the lady checking me out was very short with me. I felt like I had to defend myself not very impressed.

I had a great experience working with Andrew Dodge! He was informative, honest, and actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He was fun, personable, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and help me find the right vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a vehicle! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my experience with the finance department. When I explained that I had decided to finance through my own credit union, the finance representative became short with me and seemed pretty salty about my decision. He told me that financing through the dealership was “exactly the same” because I could choose the lender they used. However, that wasn’t actually the case for me. My credit union offers payment protection that would cover up to three months of car payments if I were placed on a leave of absence from work, and that protection was important to me. The dealership’s financing option did not offer the same benefit. I completely understand that the dealership wants customers to finance through them, but I don’t think a customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or pressured simply because they choose a different financing option. Andrew was fantastic, though, and I would definitely recommend him! He made the vehicle-buying experience enjoyable and was exactly the kind of salesperson I want to work with.

Morries Forest Lake Chevrolet is exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Chad. He was one of the best sales representatives I have come across in any profession. He was prompt, attentive to detail, and truly cared about what was best for my family and I when it came to our vehicle. I have leased cars my entire life and decided to take the leap and buy my first truck. I literally could not be happier. Chad went above and beyond when it came to his service and stayed until almost 8:30pm on a Friday ( they close at 6 ) and I had already signed for the car at 6pm on the dot. He stayed an extra 2 HOURS to help me with my new truck, and transfer from my old vehicle as I was not intending on buying a truck that night. But everything worked out just right. I have never worked with a Morries dealership before, but I’ll tell you what they have earned my business for a lifetime. What an incredible team. Their Sales Managers are amazing, their finance team is exceptional, and Chad my sales rep is the best in the business. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and walk through their doors! You won’t be disappointed.

Noah is very knowledgeable, calm and honest. He made what could have been a stressful expletive one we truly enjoyed. Suggested a vehicle that met our needs and budget, one that wasn’t on our radar , and it was the perfect choice! I will come back to work with Noah next time we need a new vehicle. He is excellent at what he does and brings a lot of integrity to his work.

Got my truck in fast and quality work

Mandi has been helping me with getting a new vehicle since I purchased my very first car. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me with this process. She always has your best interest in mind, never tries to get you into a car that wouldn’t work for you and your situation. I could not recommend her more.

Our salesman Donnie Carlson was great and did so much to get us the right vehicle. Will go back to see him again. Every else at the dealership were wonderful to work with as well. A very positive truck buying experience. 5 Stars!!!

Overall visit was good. Unfortunately it seems that it is the little things that get missed. The service writer explained that our tire tread is still good but we may want to consider new tires in the fall. Thank you. Although after driving our car for ten minutes the air tire air pressure light came on. Upon review two of our tires were low on air. 26 and 28 psi. Stopped and filled them at the gas station. Funny thing is that the inspection report says all tires were checked and had 35 psi when checked. This is not the first time little this like this have been missed. Like I said at the beginning overall visit was good.

Autum was the sales rep she asked me what I was looking for and presented a options and found the vehicle that will work for me. Thank you.

Jake was so helpful to us in the service department. I had discovered a very large screw through my tire when I was in town babysitting my grandson. With a 2 year old in tow I called Morries to see if any location could fix it before my 3 hour drive home that evening. They got me in to the Forrest Lake location within 2 hours. While they did not have my tire to replace it, Jacob went above and beyond to try and find a tire somewhere in the metro. When that didn't work out, he also spent time on the phone trying to see if I had purchased the warranty. I was grateful for his patience with my grandson and also me, since I was frazzled.

My husband and I went in to test drive an Encore and had a great experience with our sales guy Brenden. I was interested in a couple other vehicles and he patiently showed me those also. I test drove a vehicle that I really loved, but it had too many miles on it for my liking. There was another one of the same model/year which had a lot less miles on it but at another location. Brenden informed me if I wanted that one he could get it to the Forest Lake store for me the very next morning. We had a time crunch so I said we could wait until Monday if necessary. I sincerely doubted that he could get it to me at the dealership that quickly, but it was at the store the very next morning at 10 o’clock (which was the deadline for us) It was exactly what I wanted, and I happily drove off in it. Brenden was very knowledgeable, pleasant, extremely patient and not pushy which I appreciated. The finance guy was very nice too, and that part also went smoothly. Others on staff were welcoming and friendly as well. I will definitely continue to do business with Morries in Forest Lake in the future.

My husband and I purchased a Tahoe from Morrie’s Forest Lake Chevrolet and love it! Noah was wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable, patient, excellent at communication and a very good salesman! John, in finance, was great to work with, too. He is very knowledgeable, excellent at his job and found us a great rate! Would highly recommend this dealership!

Traded up for a newer truck here after visits to several other metro-area dealerships. Tyler was easily the most in-touch sales person I talked to this week. He understood what I was there to do, we talked about the things that were relevant to my situation, and we got it done.

Took my 23 vette in for scheduled transmission service. They went over chevys timeline and explained i only needed the transmission filter, not the fluid. Saved me a lot of money. Very happy I took my corvette there

I recommend him and the rest of the team here to help with all car needs. When it’s time for a new vehicle again I will absolutely be coming back.

Had a recall done and sensor modules replaced. They gave me a loaner car and kept me updated with everything. Kim was amazing!
